RACER Trust is seeking to license on a short-term basis (minimum of one (1) year to maximum of three (3) years) approximately 21.8 acres of its Coldwater Road Industrial Land Property for vehicle parking and storage.

The acreage, on the southwest corner of a larger Property and accessible from Coldwater Road, offers easy access to Interstate 475, which is immediately to the west. The Property, which can accommodate up to 2,000 vehicles, is flat, paved, fenced and lighted. The licensee will have exclusive access to the Property through a 25-foot-wide private drive off Coldwater Road.

The Property formerly was used by various business units of General Motors, including Delphi, which manufactured window regulators, door hinges, door modules and seat adjusters. All buildings on the Property were removed by 2011, leaving only the at-grade concrete foundations and other paved surfaces.

Other portions of the Property, which totals more than 118 acres, are used for product storage and container management under a separate license agreement.
